SLA Monitoring
A standard feature of the CostFlex
System is a database for storing commissioning data by PCT.
For each row in the database, the PCT
Code, the patient selection criteria (HRG, Specialty Code,
Admit Code, Admit Class, Service Code, etc) is entered along
with the Fiscal Year, the nature of the agreement (Cost &
Volume, Block, Local Cost, etc). The Target activity amount
and the budgeted funds are also associated with each row.
At the end of each month, quarter, or
year, a variance report can be launched to show the planned
activity and budget compared to the actual.
Output from the system is either a
printed report or an excel spreadsheet.
