spell. Included are distribution of block grants
and locally negotiated indicative tariffs for Pathology
and Radiology direct access.

Each step in the tariff calculation
produces a log update for audit purposes. This
audit log is written on the patient ‘bill’ of services
so that one can determine if the MFF was applied,
whether the attendance was first or follow-up and so
forth.
